REACH SVHC Candidate List Declaration
Official statement confirming continuous evaluation of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) across all CAMTEC power electronics series.
Document Revision: June 25, 2025As a leading German manufacturer of industrial switch mode power supplies, CAMTEC Power Supplies GmbH maintains strict adherence to global chemical control laws and material safety directives. Every component integrated into our DIN-rail power supplies, programmable rectifiers, DC-UPS units, and inrush current limiters undergoes thorough supplier auditing and material verification.
Our in-house fabrication facility in Pfinztal, Germany operates under a TÜV-audited DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. We ensure complete transparency across our international supply chain, supporting global OEM buyers and system integrators with verified documentation for EU RoHS 3, REACH SVHC, PFAS, POP, US TSCA, and RMI Conflict Minerals (CMRT/EMRT).
Review published compliance reports for CAMTEC product lines. Standardized declarations are regularly updated by our regulatory affairs department to support customer audits and import customs clearance.
Official statement confirming continuous evaluation of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) across all CAMTEC power electronics series.
Document Revision: June 25, 2025Comprehensive assessment detailing CAMTEC's proactive strategy for monitoring and eliminating per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances.
Document Revision: May 20, 2024Formal statement verifying complete absence of banned persistent organic pollutants in power supply manufacturing processes.
Document Revision: Feb 04, 2025Verification of compliance with US Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) restrictions on persistent, bioaccumulative, and toxic (PBT) chemicals.
Document Revision: Oct 08, 2024Standardized RMI report verifying conflict-free sourcing of Tantalum, Tin, Tungsten, and Gold (3TG) used in component production.
Standard RMI CMRT 6.5 ReportExtended transparency report detailing ethical supply chain sourcing and mine origin reporting for Cobalt and Mica minerals.
Standard RMI EMRT 2.0 ReportUnderstanding the regulatory requirements integrated into CAMTEC power electronics engineering and manufacturing workflows.
The Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive restricts the use of specific hazardous materials in electrical and electronic equipment. CAMTEC products conform strictly to threshold limits for lead (Pb), mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), hexavalent chromium (Cr6+), polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE), and phthalates (DEHP, BBP, DBP, DIBP).
REACH governs the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals within the European Union. As a producer of electronic articles, CAMTEC continuously evaluates supplier notifications regarding SVHC candidate lists published by ECHA, ensuring obligations under Article 33 are fully met.
Under Section 6(h) of the United States Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), five PBT chemicals (including PIP 3:1, DecaBDE, 2,4,6-TTBP, HCBD, and PCTP) are restricted. CAMTEC component engineering mandates supplier declarations to guarantee compliance for machinery exported to North America.
CAMTEC supports international efforts against human rights abuses in mineral supply chains. Utilizing the Responsible Minerals Initiative frameworks (CMRT and EMRT), we audit tier-1 component suppliers to verify smelter and refiner conformity with OECD Due Diligence Guidance.
Because CAMTEC maintains complete control over design, SMD assembly, testing, and final burn-in at our facility in Germany, we provide unmatched lot-traceability for component-level material safety.
Engineering modifications, alternate sourcing options, and component revisions undergo immediate hazardous substance review before release, protecting your automated production equipment against regulatory compliance risks.
